Red velvet collar for a cat or small dog, 3/8" wide.

A small velvet bow, 1.5 inches in size, is worn on the collar, a Navy blue crystal surrounded by white small crystals is sewn onto the bow.

The bow can be removed by yourself. The bow fits any other collar size from 3/8" to 1/2". The bell is attached to the bow with a ring, it can be removed independently.
